I promise myself that I will be happy today. I will choose to focus on the positive, and I will not dwell on the negative. I will appreciate the good things in my life, and I will be grateful for all that I have. I will treat myself and others with kindness and respect. I will extend compassion to those who are struggling. I will seek joy in all that I do. And I will remember that happiness is a choice. It’s up to me to choose to be happy, no matter what the circumstances may be. Today, I’m choosing happiness.
